What distances can I get?

Why can’t I get the unit to work up to the expected 60m range?

The 60m range is tested and confirmed for every unit that leaves the factory, so two possible causes may be resulting your range issues:

1. The range specified is based on the use of solid core F/UTP (foil-screened, unshielded twisted pair) CAT5e or CAT6 cable. Nearly all pre-made patch leads available on the market are stranded core UTP (unshielded twisted pair). Check your cable’s structure.
2. Only signal formats up to 1080P / 50Hz (or an equivalent bandwidth) can be sent up to 60m. Check the output from your source device is set to no more than 1080P 50Hz for these long runs.
