FAQs

Q. You indicate that 3D is supported but I can't get any 3D to work – how do I get 3D on my TV?
A. HDMI 3D through-put is possible only via Input 1 and Output 1; however the following steps will need to be followed to enable it (you will only need to do this once!):

  1. Ensure all devices are powered off (including HDMIMX44).
  2. Connect your HDMI 3D Source device (ie Bluray player) to Input 1
  3. Connect your HDMI 3D Display (ie Projector or 3D Capable TV) to Output 1
  4. On the rear of the HDMIMX44 there are 3 DIP switches; set them all to "On" (or all to "1")
  5. Next, turn on the HDMIMX44
  6. Press both [Output 1] and [Key lock] buttons together
  7. Now turn on the Display (ie Projector or TV)
  8. And then your Source device (ie Bluray player)
