Can I use the PRO1326 with other Pro2 accessorieslike IR hubs, IR targets and IR wall plates?
The accessories are designed to be compatible with the PRO1187 IR block but not the PRO1326. Since the Vcc output voltage from IR Receiver socket (on thePRO1326) is 5 volts (not 12 volts like the PRO1183) so you can’t connect the output of the PRO1326 to many of the otherPro2 IR accessories.

Why the IR confirmation blue LED stays on?

Please make sure IR target has been plugged in. Once plugged in, the IR confirmatino light will be off and only blinks when it receives IR signal.

What are the distance restrictions when running IR from this device?

We tested the Pro1183 IR block to the Pro1140 Inwall IR receiver. Between the devices, we used 50m of Pro2 patch leads and a total of 3 cat5e joiners (TEL5011) to simulate wall plates. The signal was passing reliably between the devices.

The PRO1255 IR repeater wall plate kit connects the IR connecting block, IR receiver, IR emitter, and power supply together to interface the IR system to Audio/​Video components.

With this setup, you are able to remotely control AV devices in different locations. Wall plates mount to a standard signle gang electrical box using deco cover plates.
